THE SARTORIAL GUIDE: THE ITALIAN CUT
05th October, 2013
Our Sartorial Guide is back, for all the aspiring, slightly trained or experienced A-Men tailored consumers out there.
And what best way to start if not by kicking off with one of the most famous and copied (and desired) suit style and cut: the Italian.
As a quick reference and a reminder from our previous conversations (and blog posts), please find on the left a recap on the three most famous sartorial cuts for suits and jackets: the American, the British, the Italian.
We decided to kick off this section with the Italian cut, which is for many reasons, one of the most adopted in recent years, not only by the biggest Italian fashion houses (Armani, Zegna, Brioni), but also by some of the new or revamped brands (Dior, Saint Laurent, etc).

NEW TRENDS 2013: THE SLIM BLACK
28th September, 2013
Let's continue with our new 2013 trends in the A-Men Picture Blog.
This autumn the theme is simple and clean: welcome back to the slim black.
The best selling and most worn colour of this season (and possibly next), but declined in new shapes, forms and clothes to die for.
TRUE BLUE, LIGHT BLUE
04th June, 2013
After the winter storms, the crazy fashion shows, the gossips, and everything else, we are back with a new theme on our Picture Blog.
Is your winter going to be True Blue or simply Light Blue?
SUMMER 2013: HERE COME THE GRAPHIC TEES
09th June, 2013
Summer is really (and finally) coming...
After the storms, the bad weather and the constant rain in every part of the world, the temperature is finally getting warmer.
And the A-Men's wardrobe can get hotter with the addition of a graphic tee.
You will find examples of the most renewed and appealing in this post. And if you aim to the most expensive designer's ones, just remember soon the end of season sales will start, and you can get some of these pieces from your multi-brand stores or even from the related flagships at a reasonable price.
But if you are really dying for one of them, and you want to show off asap, just look into them more... And you will find the coming season trend for you.

Milan Menswear AW13 fashion kicks off today with some of the biggest names in fashion showing their amazing collections during four full days.
Would it be the domination of double-breasted suits or the remark of ties under sweater?
Would grey and black be the key colours of the upcoming winter, or is there any room for some colour?
From Armani to Ermenegildo Zegna: all the updates and the gossips (and also some critics, of course) here for you from the A-Men team in Milan.
A-MEN BLOG presents
There are few rules on how to dress for a first date.
Few rules that are equal and should be respected in any case, no matter if you are straight or gay.
Indeed, these are the key guidelines that should be followed when you want to maintain a high masculine and manly profile with your date.
Keep always in mind that the preparation for a first date always depends on WHO you are meeting. So some due diligence on your “hot date” before the meeting is always good to be performed.
To make it easier, we have divided the RULES into three main sections: the Clothing, the Accessories and the Grooming.
30th October 2012
...Which are not going to be so secret anymore after this post.
“Skyfall”, the latest James Bond movie, featuring Daniel Craig as the famous 007 agent and Javier Bardem as the bad guy, came out last weekend in movie theatres worldwide.
Since we do not want to reveal you anything about the plot and the (amazing) action scenes that are continuously presented, we focus here on what are (by many years) some of the hottest issues in a James Bond’s movie: the clothes and the accessories.
And in particular, on Daniel Craig's style, who we consider a clear representative of the real A-Men, thanks to his rough looks and his aggressive attitude that make him the most "manly" and "seductively disruptive" James Bond so far.
Let’s start from the first KEY item you will always find in a James Bond’s movie (and guess what: this has also been the first section we launched in our Sartorial Tips this month).
Of course, we are talking about men’s suits.
20th May 2013
It is finally here...
Everyone has been talking about it, already months ago. And you could have seen its "inspirational" effect in many fashion shows from the latest FW13 in Milan and Paris, in both Menswear and Womenswear.
We are talking about the Great Gatsby.
And its related 20s style effect...
Of course, here in A-Men we simply want to focus on the men's tailoring which is proposed in the movie (we leave you the nice part of discovering in full the plot at the cinema).
And to reveal the style beneath the characters, in many of the key scenes in the movie.
NEW TRENDS 2013
Ties under sweater: why not?
Actually, this is going to be the coolest hit of the coming season.
Big ties, small ties, thin ties... As soon as they are under black or grey wool sweaters, knitted cardigans or light cashmere jumpers.
Check it out here to know how and why...
